The process of measuring the RF Carrier power of a Pulse Modulated Signal at transmission or On power compared to the power of no signal in the Off power. The two measured values are compared, the results can be expressed as dBc or percent of change. This test is often used to test the Pulse On/Off test of a signal generator.
