DC-Power supply calibrations are more than voltage and current. They also have RMS Noise and Transient tests. This requires the calibration lab to add a True RMS Meter usually the R&S URE3 and an Oscilloscope.
But with Metrology.NET, we can digitize the signal, collecting thousands of data points. Then, calculate the RMS and/or Peak-to-Peak Noise of the signal performing the test without a URS3 or Oscilloscope.
And, with an electronic load running at 100 Hz, we can also test the transition time of the Power Supplies recovery as it is loaded and unloaded.
